АННОТАЦИЯ:

По существующим предварительным оценкам в недрах Северного Ледовитого океана могут находиться до трети всех мировых неразведанных запасов нефти и газа. Вместе с тем, их разработка должна осуществляться в суровых климатических условиях связана с отсутствием необходимых технических решений, значительными финансовыми затратами и обеспокоенностью общественности за сохранение окружающей среды Арктики. В настоящей статье проведен анализ состояния и перспектив разработки приарктическими государствами морских нефтегазовых ресурсов Арктики.
