АННОТАЦИЯ:

Представлена геодинамическая модель развития Амеразийского бассейна для апт-палеоценового времени, основанная на двух главных источниках геолого-геофизической информации. Первая группа данных связана с полученными в последние годы результатами сейсмического профилирования в арктическом регионе. Эти данные показали, что на всей территории Амеразийского бассейна и прилегающей суши существовали условия растяжения на всем протяжении раннего-среднего мела — четвертичного времени с максимумом в апте-альбе. Вторая группа данных — материалы сейсмической томографии по строению коры и мантии Арктики и Восточной Азии. С позиции гидродинамики сейсмотомографическая картина строения верхней мантии однозначно указывает на существование верхнемантийной конвекции, приводящей к растяжению континентальной литосферы, рифтогенезу и связанному с ним магматизму. Данный подход позволяет устранить противоречия в известных палеотектонических реконструкциях К. Скотиза путем их модификации в соответствии с предложенным геодинамическим механизмом.
